Problem Statements

Media Authenticity Verification App (Deepfake Detection)

Develop a mobile application using AI and deep learning to verify the authenticity of digital media. The app should detect altered images, deepfake videos, and synthetic audio by analyzing inconsistencies in visual and audio features, helping curb the spread of misinformation.

AI-Powered Public Service Feedback Analyzer

Citizen feedback (from surveys, tweets, reviews) is often ignored or manually sorted. Build a sentiment analysis tool (using basic NLP models) that categorizes feedback into positive/negative/urgent and visualizes common issues for decision-makers.

Academic Collaboration and Idea Exchange Platform

Students and staff across India lack a common platform to share projects, academic queries, and innovative ideas. Build a web/app-based platform where students and educators can upload project ideas, solve queries, contribute to ongoing work, and connect over shared interests. The platform should support profiles, content tagging, comments, and resource sharing.

AI-Enabled Community Water Watch Platform with Chatbot Support

Authorities lack real-time data on water pollution, scarcity, and misuse. Citizens often witness issues but don't know where or how to report them. Build a web/mobile platform where users can report water-related problems using photos or videos. AI verifies and categorizes submissions, while a chatbot provides water-saving tips, reporting help, and connects users with local authorities or initiatives.
