IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) is a global network of IEEE members and volunteers dedicated to promoting women engineers and scientists. The mission is to inspire, engage, encourage, and empower women in technical disciplines globally.

At IEEE RVU Student Branch, the WIE chapter focuses on creating a vibrant community that promotes gender diversity in engineering and technology through mentorship programs, technical workshops, leadership development, and networking opportunities.
